These terms govern launchpadconsulting.org, LaunchReview, and related services from LaunchPad Consulting. By using the site, buying a plan, or submitting a draft, you agree to them. Related pages: Privacy Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, Data and Document Handling Policy, and AI Use and Limitations Disclosure.
Who this is for
LaunchPad Consulting provides grant writing, strategy, development counsel, and LaunchReview. You must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract. If you use LaunchReview for an organization, you confirm you are allowed to submit that draft.
LaunchReview
LaunchReview is a funding-readiness review of a grant draft you submit. It is a critique. It is not a promise that a funder will award money.
- AI-only plans (Free trial, Starter, Plus, Unlimited): software reviews your draft. No human reads it unless you buy a human-support package or we contact you about an account issue.
- AI + Human Review (custom): AI first, then a person reviews.
- AI + Human Writing (custom): AI plus hands-on writing with Amy until the draft is ready to submit, as scoped in that engagement.
Plan limits (how many grants, how many reviews) are described on the LaunchReview page at the time you subscribe. Subscriptions renew until you cancel. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
No funding guarantee
LaunchReview does not guarantee funding. A review can make a draft clearer and stronger. Award decisions belong to the funder. Past awards listed on this site are not a prediction of your result.
Your draft stays yours
You keep the intellectual property in your proposal. We do not claim ownership of your grant. We do not copy language from other funded proposals and return it to you. We do not use your proposal as an exemplar, sample, or case study for other customers without your written permission.
The review we produce is licensed to you for your organization’s grant work. You may not resell LaunchReview output as a standalone product.
What you may not upload
Do not submit material you do not have the right to share. Do not upload information you are legally barred from disclosing (for example protected health information or student records) unless you have stripped identifiers and are authorized to share it. You are responsible for the content of drafts you send us and of any proposal you later submit to a funder.
The website
Site copy, design, and LaunchReview branding belong to LaunchPad Consulting. Do not copy them for your own commercial use. We may change or pause a service. Content is provided as-is. We are not liable for third-party sites we link to, including Zoom and After Scarcity.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent Louisiana law allows, LaunchPad Consulting is not liable for lost funding, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from the site or LaunchReview. For paid LaunchReview plans, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the plan or engagement that gave rise to the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.
