Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective date: August 31, 2026

This policy covers LaunchReview purchases on launchpadconsulting.org. Consulting work that is quoted separately (grant writing, strategic planning, development counsel, custom writing) is billed under that engagement, not this store policy.

Free trial

The Free trial is $0. It includes one AI review of a single draft. There is nothing to refund. If you do not subscribe, you will not be charged.

Monthly AI plans (Starter, Plus, Unlimited)

These plans are subscriptions. They renew each month until you cancel.

• Cancel any time by emailing us, or through the account/checkout tools Squarespace provides.
• Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.
• We do not prorate unused days in a month after a review has been delivered in that period. LaunchReview is a digital review. Once a review is generated, that month’s service has been used.
• If you were charged in error (duplicate charge, or billed after a cancellation we already confirmed), email us and we will refund that charge.

Custom human-support packages

AI + Human Review and AI + Human Writing are quoted before work starts.

• If you cancel before we begin the human work, we refund that engagement’s fee in full.
• If human work has started, we refund only the unused portion, or we finish the scoped work, whichever you prefer and we confirm in writing.
• After the human review or writing deliverable is sent, that engagement is complete and is not refundable.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your card issuer so we can fix billing mistakes quickly. Abuse of chargebacks after a review has been delivered may result in a closed account.

How to cancel

Email Amy@LaunchPadConsulting.org with the email on the purchase and the plan name. We will confirm in writing.
