Refund and cancellation policy

Effective date: October 18, 2026

This policy covers LaunchReview purchases on launchpadconsulting.org. Consulting work that is quoted separately (grant writing, strategic planning, custom writing) is billed under that engagement, not this policy.

Single Review ($99 one time)

A Single Review is a one time payment of $99, offered for a limited time only. You pay through Stripe, then upload your draft on our upload page with the email you paid with. It does not renew, so there is nothing to cancel.

If you ask for a refund before you upload a draft, we refund the full $99. If you were charged in error (for example a duplicate charge), email us and we will refund that charge.

Monthly AI plans (Starter, Plus)

Starter is $249/mo for up to 5 reviews a month. Plus is $349/mo for up to 10 reviews a month. These plans are subscriptions billed through Stripe. They renew each month until you cancel.

• Cancel any time by emailing us at Amy@LaunchPadConsulting.org.
• Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.
• We do not prorate unused days in a month after a review has been delivered in that period. LaunchReview is a digital review. Once a review is generated, that month’s service has been used.
• If you were charged in error (duplicate charge, or billed after a cancellation we already confirmed), email us and we will refund that charge.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your card issuer so we can fix billing mistakes quickly. Abuse of chargebacks after a review has been delivered may result in a closed account.

How to cancel

Email Amy@LaunchPadConsulting.org with the email you paid with and the plan name. We will confirm in writing.
